Understanding our handling fee....There have been a few queries on this, so would like to highlight what the handling fee covers:-- Petrol to and from shops (with recent large and/or heavy orders, it can take 2 or 3 trips to the shops with a full SUV each time, to complete an order)- Often we have to go to 2 or 3 retailers to find everything on a list. (websites are not always accurate)- Tips to shop assistants in Makro and the packers (incredible how quickly they shop - and how much they fit in my car)- Time taken to shop (taking longer now with Xmas approaching and shops are busy)- Boxes (when we can't scrounge from Makro etc), packing tape (we use at least 2 x 50m rolls each week).- Time to pack and label boxes- Charges and time incurred in Harare - loading money on a card for me to use here.

This started off helping out friends and has grown exponentially, We are therefore increasing handling fee to 15% from 1 November.(orders already quoted are still valid)Thanks for your understanding, especially when we know times are challenging for you too.Let us know how we can help you!!!
